3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to place an order through the Website.

If a person below 18 wishes to purchase a Product, the purchase must be made through or with the involvement of their parent or legal guardian.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours and other information displayed on the Website are accurate.

However:

  • Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device;

  • Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of certain Products;

  • Product availability may change without prior notice; and

  • Product images are intended to provide a representation of the Product and may not capture every minor detail.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update Product information at any time.

5. Made-to-Measure and Customised Products

Many Stotram Products are made specifically according to the measurements and requirements provided by the Customer.

By placing an order for a made-to-measure or customised Product, you acknowledge that:

  • The measurements provided by you must be accurate and complete;

  • The Product will be prepared according to the measurements and information provided by you;

  • Minor variations may occur due to the nature of the garment, fabric, embroidery and craftsmanship; and

  • Customised and made-to-measure Products are not eligible for return or exchange except where expressly provided under our Return and Exchange Policy or where there is a verified manufacturing or quality issue.

Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order if they require clarification regarding measurements, fit, customisation or Product specifications.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected Product(s). An order is considered accepted by Stotram only when we confirm the order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order for reasons including:

  • Product unavailability;

  • Incorrect pricing or Product information;

  • Errors in the order;

  • Quality issues identified during our quality-control process;

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions;

  • Inability to fulfil the order; or

  • Any other legitimate business or legal reason.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines.

7. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in the currency indicated at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that pricing information is accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

8. Payment

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the relevant payment method.

Stotram does not knowingly retain complete card or banking credentials beyond what is necessary or permitted for processing transactions through authorised payment service providers.

We are not responsible for unauthorised use of a payment method resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

9. Cancellation by the Customer

Cancellation requests may be made within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already entered production, processing or dispatch.

For made-to-measure, customised or specially commissioned Products, cancellation may not be possible once production or preparation has commenced.

We reserve the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation based on its stage of processing.

10. Cancellation by Stotram

We reserve the right to cancel an order where:

  • The Product is unavailable;

  • There is an error in Product pricing or information;

  • The Product does not pass our quality-control process;

  • We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our reasonable control;

  • The transaction appears fraudulent or unauthorised; or

  • Cancellation is required for legal or regulatory reasons.

Where payment has already been received, the applicable amount for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

11. Delivery

We make every effort to deliver Products within the estimated timeframe communicated to the Customer.

However, delivery timelines may vary from Product to Product, particularly because many Stotram Products are made according to individual measurements and may involve specialised embroidery, craftsmanship or customisation.

The estimated delivery timeline communicated at the time of order shall apply to the relevant Product. Delivery timelines may be affected by:

  • Production requirements;

  • Availability of materials;

  • Customisation or measurement requirements;

  • Quality-control processes;

  • Courier or logistics delays;

  • Weather or natural events;

  • Transport disruptions;

  • Government or statutory clearances; or

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

An estimated delivery date is therefore an estimate and not an absolute guarantee. We may deliver an order in multiple shipments where appropriate.

For international orders, delivery may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, statutory clearances or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such charges, where applicable, shall generally be the responsibility of the Customer.

12. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

Stotram shall not be responsible for delays, additional shipping costs or failed delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer.

If a Customer fails to accept delivery or requests re-delivery, any additional shipping or delivery charges may be payable by the Customer.

13. Quality Control

Every Stotram Product undergoes quality checks before dispatch.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that Products meet our quality standards and correspond with the order placed by the Customer.

If you believe that a Product has a manufacturing defect, quality issue or material discrepancy, please contact us at connect@stotram.shop with your order details and relevant photographs as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Any such claim will be reviewed by our team and handled in accordance with our applicable Return and Exchange Policy.

14. Returns and Exchanges

All Stotram Products are made according to individual measurements and/or are specially prepared for the Customer.

Accordingly, orders are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Our Products undergo quality checks before dispatch. However, if you believe there is a genuine discrepancy, manufacturing defect or quality issue, please contact us at:

Our team will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

15. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to:
